Call it virgin mojito or nojito ... This apricot drink is deliciously refreshing!!!

:APRICOT:NOJITO:

Method

  • Coarsely blend the fresh apricots, sugar syrup/sugar and mint leaves or muddle up the fresh apricots, mint and the sugar syrup/sugar in a glass.
  • Pour this apricot mint mixture in a tall glass and fill the glass with crushed ice/cubes and top off with club soda.
  • Garnish with mint leaves apricot and lemon slices.
  • If fresh apricots are not available you can also use sweet/ripe peaches.
  • Serves 1
