Methi malai matar

For some Tasty Fiber lets cook Meethi Malai Matar




Ingredients

Quantity
Pea’s fresh
1 cup boiled
Fenugreek (Meethi):
2cup chopped
Whole milk:
1cup
Onion:
1 medium chopped
Cauliflower
½ cup chopped
Coriander:
4 teaspoon chopped
Garlic
4 cloves
Ginger :
1 inch piece
Cumin seeds(Jeera):
4 teaspoon
Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
1 teaspoon
Kasuri Meethi
1 teaspoon
Canola Oil
2 teaspoon
Green chilly
3 to 4
Garam Masala Powder
1 teaspoon
Salt
To taste
Sugar
1 teaspoon

 Method

For the cauliflower & onion paste:
  • Heat the pan, add 2 teaspoon  oil, to it add kasuri meethi,  jeera, garlic, onion, green chilly, cauliflower& coriander , sauté well, add salt, masalas to it, let it cook for 10 to 15 mins.
  • After 15 mins transfer the mixture on a plate and let it cool, then blend the masala to fine paste
How to proceed:
  • Heat a pan, add the paste to it, add fenugreek and boiled peas to the paste.
  • After 5 to 7 mins on a medium flame add 1 cup milk to it and elaichi powder and let it simmer, add sugar to it and give it a stir.
  • Serve with a Phulka or Paratha... Enjoy!!
  • Serves 2
