Suppresses Appetite, Increases Metabolism, Reducing Water retention : APPLE CIDER VINEGAR yes it is!!



 APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 


Apple cider vinegar, also known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a product of fermentation and is a type of vinegar made from cider or apple and has a pale to medium amber color.

It is best to use organic unpasteurized apple cider vinegar containing the "mother" to get all the good nutrients.





Apple cider vinegar and Weight loss 


  • Apple cider vinegar works by suppressing the appetite, because it contains organic acids and enzymes. These increase the metabolism rate, which is nothing but the speed at which body burns fat. It also reduces water retention and makes you feel refreshed.

  • Studies show that apple cider vinegar can help balance blood sugar levels by lowering the glycemic index of a meal. It is true that the prevention of blood sugar spikes can support weight loss.

  • But no food can rapidly cause weight loss unless changes are made to dietary habits and lifestyle

Recommendation for ACV :

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar + 1 glass of water

  • Drink before meals 2 times a day(before lunch and dinner)

    (You can add 1 teaspoon honey or agave to add some sweetness)

SALAD DRESSING:

Make it simple or fancy, sweet or tangy , it gives a blast of flavors to your salad.


Apricot salad dressing:

Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
¼ cup
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Apricot (fresh pitted)
1 whole
Mustard (paste)
1 teaspoon
Stevia
7 drops
Sea salt
¼ teaspoon




Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste.
Serve over fresh spring salad/garden greens.

The next salad dressing is my favorite i call it ''olive garden dressing'' this salad dressing tastes almost like the one which u get in olive garden.         yeah i dig on it!!

 Olive garden dressing:

 

Ingredients
Quantity
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Lime juice
3 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon
Black Pepper
1 teaspoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Himalayan salt/salt
½ teaspoon

Method :
In a salad bowl mix all the ingredients and whisk lightly.
Refrigerate the dressing for an hour and the pour it over lettuce tomato onion mix.



MARINADES:

If you are thinking of grilled chicken then apple cider vinegar will bring out the flavor in it, instead of using just plain vinegar.


Apple Cider Chicken Marinade

 

Ingredients

White wine
Olive oil
Lemon juice
2/3 cup
1/3 cup
3 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar
Basil(fresh or dried)
Parsley
2 tablespoon
3 tablespoon
3 tablespoon
Garlic
Black pepper
Salt
2 cloves
1 teaspoon
½  teaspoon



Method

Mix the finely apple cider vinegar to chopped garlic, oregano .Whisk together the white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, cider vinegar, basil, parsley, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Marinade chicken in mixture 8 hours or overnight.





Apple Ginger Chicken Marinade


Ingredients
Quantity
Apple juice
1 cup
Apple cider vinegar
½ cup
Vegetable oil
½ cup
Soya sauce
1/4 cup
Honey
½ cup
Ginger
Garlic
1 tablespoon
4 cloves

In a large bowl whisk together apple juice, apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil. Next whisk in the honey.(Use the same measuring cup that you just measured the vegetable oil in, to allow the honey to easily slide out)

Continue whisking until combined, add 1 tbsp ginger, mince 3-4 garlic cloves according to size of cloves and taste and add the garlic and whisk well.

Marinade 4-8 chicken breasts, depending on size, in large container with lid.

Marinate chicken at least 8 hours in refrigerator

Grill or bake and enjoy the delicious.

 

Note:

Always remember there is no magic solution for weight loss.
The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume.
