Chicken Meat Loaf

4 to 5 finely chopped

5 to 6 cloves finely chopped
1 whole

Bread slices
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese
(optional)

3 to 4 slices (soaked in milk)
2 Table spoon

Worcestershire sauce
Tomato Ketchup
Flax seeds roasted
|
2 Tablespoon
2 Table spoon
1 Table spoon

Red chilly flakes
Pepper
Salt

2 table spoon
2 teaspoon

Method:
- Pre heat the oven to 350 F.
- Heat the pan, pour in the olive oil and sauté the chopped vegetables over a medium flame. Sprinkle some salt and pepper so that the juices ooze out of the vegetables. (The whole process of sautéing should take about 5 to 7 minutes only)
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, egg, sautéed vegetables, milk and bread Parmesan cheese and flax seeds .Season with salt, red chilly flakes and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased loaf pan, sprinkle some flax seeds on the top.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour, let it cool for 10 minutes.
- In a separate small bowl add 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup,2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce , mix well and pour over the meatloaf ,slice it and serve it!!!

- Serve with a green salad and it will be a complete meal for post workout lunch/dinner.
- You can also use the minced chicken breast to make it leaner on fats.
- Sandwiches made with it will help you out with your next day lunch box option, all you need is bread lettuce and some ketchup
