Loaded with goodness and taste Upside Down Brownie..all you need is a chilled glass of Milk...



Brownie Upside Down
My Brownie upside down  comes with two options
1.Take a Break Brownie
2.Health bhi Taste bhi Brownie
All you need is to bake your option !!!


 Take a Break Brownie
Ingredients

Quantity
All purpose flour
1 cup
Eggs
2whole
Cocoa powder
1/3 cup
Butter
5 tablespoon
Sugar
¾ cup
Low fat yogurt
6 tablespoon
Choco chips (dark)
Vanilla essence/extract
½ cup
2 teaspoon
Baking soda
Salt
½ teaspoon
¼ teaspoon

 



 Health bhi Taste bhi Brownie
Ingredients

Quantity
Whole wheat Pastry flour
1 cup
Eggs
2whole
Cocoa powder
1/3 cup
Extra light olive oil
5 tablespoon
Sugar
¾ cup
Low fat yogurt
6 tablespoon
Choco chips (dark)
Vanilla essence/extract
½ cup
2 teaspoon
Baking soda
Salt
½ teaspoon
¼ teaspoon

 Method:
  • Pre heat the oven to 350 C.
  • Line the 9x9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil with dull side up.
  • Sift the dry ingredients together , flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, so that they mix well with each other.

  • In a  bowl add olive oil/ melted butter,eggs, sugar,yogurt and vanilla essence and mix it well, use a whisk or spatula, stir so that it all comes together.
  • Add the dry ingredients to it and mix it well until it combines evenly.
  • Add the chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Pour the batter in the baking  pan.
  • Let it bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool them on a rack for half an hour and then go ahead for your slice :P

Whole wheat pastry flour add more fiber to your cakes and cookies.
Extra light olive oil is generally good for baking and also the better option over butter or any other fats.
And last but not the least our low fat yogurt, no one will ever know that the delicious piece of brownie they are relishing has yogurt in it :P .
