Crispy Kale Chips

Ingredients
Quantity

Fresh Kale
1 bunch
Olive oil
1 Tablespoon
Garlic seasoned salt/salt or
1 teaspoon

Method:

  • Pre heat the oven to 350 F. Cover the cookie tray with parchment baking paper or aluminum foil.
  • With a knife or kitchen scissors cut the kale leaves from the thick steam in the center, cut the leaves  into bite size pieces  and wash and dry them thoroughly  and make sure no soil stays behind those curly leaves (no water should be present or else the chip won’t turn  crisp ).
  • Drizzle the kale with olive oil and seasoned salt or any other seasoning of your choice.
  • Bake until the edges are brown but not burnt, for about 10 to 15 minutes.
