Tale of the Kale and the Scrumptious Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing ..... super salad for sure!!!



Kale Balsamico


 You will need:



Ingredients
Quantity
Kale
1 bunch
Balsamic vinegar
4 Tablespoon
Honey
4 Tablespoon
Olive oil(Garlic flavored )
4 Tablespoon
Ground Pepper
2 teaspoon
Walnuts
1 Tablespoon
Cherry tomatoes
10 to 12 pieces
Salt
To taste




Method:
  • Wash and clean the kale, separate the centre stiff vein from the tender leaves.
  • Make sure the leaves are completely dry before using them in the salad.
  • Chop the walnuts into medium pieces and cut the cherry tomatoes into half or you can keep them as whole.
  • For the salad dressing: In a bowl add and mix the balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil together, add a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of pepper and mix well until an even mixed dressing is formed.
  • In a mixing bowl add the kale, tomatoes, walnuts and drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well, and the salad is ready to serve J
