  • BLUE  Blue berries



Blueberries have more antioxidants than any other fresh fruits or vegetables.
Recent studies shows that blueberries can break down belly fat, and reduce the risk factors for metabolic syndrome.
Blueberries are also low in calories -- fewer than 100 for a full cup. So eat up! :P 



  • RED Cherries 


The distinctive deep red pigment cherries are known for comes from flavonoids; powerful antioxidants that help fight free radicals in the body.
Studies suggest a cup and a half of tart cherries or one cup of tart cherry juice can significantly reduce muscle inflammation and soreness.
 


  • PINK Grapefruit my favorite !!!


Grapefruit is high in enzymes that burn fats, has high water content and has less sodium. A combination of these three characteristics make grapefruit a perfect food for increasing your body's metabolism. yaahh!!!!!
Grapefruit contains salicylic acid that helps break down the body's inorganic calcium, which builds up in the cartilage of joints and may lead to arthritis. If you have arthritis, try drinking grapefruit juice with apple cider vinegar. You will notice a reduction in your arthritis symptoms.
The salicylic acid in grapefruit also works as a powerful antiseptic.
Try this tangy treat : grapefruit with salt and red chilly powder ... mouth watering combination!!


  • YELLOW Pineapple


Eating pineapple strengthens your gums, keeping your teeth healthy and strong.
Macular degeneration is a condition in which adults lose their vision, making difficult for them to read and recognize things properly. Beta-carotene present in pineapples empowers vision and should be consumed regularly for eye health.
My favorite is to put this sweet and tangy cubes to my ceaser salad or any mix greens salad, it makeovers the salad :)


  • WHITE  Lychee



 Litchi keeps the digestion strong, maintains a clean stomach, improves appetite and cures heartburn and burning sensation in the stomach.
Oligonol is a low molecular weight polyphenol found abundantly in litchi fruit. Oligonol has several anti-oxidant and anti-influenza virus actions. It also helps to improve blood circulation, reduces weight and protects the skin from harmful UVA rays.
Litchi is also a good source of B complex vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and folates. These Vitamins help the body to metabolize carbohydrates, protein and fats.


  • BLACK Blackberry

The dark blue color ensures blackberries have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all fruits. Antioxidants, well-known for lowering the risk of a number of cancer.

The berries are known by a variety of names, which include brambleberries, bramble, dewberry, thimbleberry and lawers.
Consumption of blackberries can help to promote the healthy tightening of tissue, which is a great non-surgical procedure to make skin look younger. woooooh!!!
Prolonged consumption also helps keeps your brain alerts, thereby maintaining clarity of thought and good memory.
These berries will surely make ur purple lips pout!!! :P
