Supreme Sandwich... A complete healthy meal in a disguise of Fast food



Supreme Sandwich/Burger




Ingredients:

Minced chicken(Breast)
1 packet (1Lbs/ ½ kg)
White onion

Carrot

Zucchini

Asparagus
Basil leaves

6 to 7 chopped
Garlic
Red chilly flakes
4 cloves chopped
2 to 3 teaspoon
Olive oil
Egg
Parmesan cheese
Black Pepper
Salt
Wheat Bun
Spring salad Mix
For Honey mustard dressing
Mayonnaise
Mustard Paste
Honey
2 tablespoons
1 whole
1 tablespoon grated
1 teaspoon
to taste
1 Pack of 6
1 small packet

2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
 
Method :
For the patty

  • In a nonstick pan pour the olive oil and to it add the garlic and the red chilly flakes followed by onions, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and asparagus and add salt to it.
  • Sauté the vegetables for 10 to 12 minute until cooked and then add the basil leaves and black pepper. Transfer the vegetable mix to a plate and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl add the raw minced chicken, add egg, parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon of salt to it and mix well until the egg smoothly mixes into the chicken.
  • After the vegetable mix cools add it to the minced chicken mixture and mix it evenly.
  • Make the patty out of the chicken mixture and cook it on the pan with 1 to 2 teaspoon oil for 10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
  • Rest of the patties you can individually fold into a plastic wrap and freeze it and store!!

Honey Mustard Dressing

  • In a bowl add the mayonnaise mustard and the honey and mix until finely blended.
Its time to Serve:

To the wheat buns on both sides apply the honey mustard dressing, to it place the spring salad greens, onions(optional) and the chicken patty in the center.
