Method
- Coarsely blend the fresh apricots, sugar syrup/sugar and mint leaves or muddle up the fresh apricots, mint and the sugar syrup/sugar in a glass.
- Pour this apricot mint mixture in a tall glass and fill the glass with crushed ice/cubes and top off with club soda.
- Garnish with mint leaves apricot and lemon slices.
- If fresh apricots are not available you can also use sweet/ripe peaches.
- Serves 1
