Kale Balsamico
You will need:

10 to 12 pieces

Method:
- Wash and clean the kale, separate the centre stiff vein from the tender leaves.
- Make sure the leaves are completely dry before using them in the salad.
- Chop the walnuts into medium pieces and cut the cherry tomatoes into half or you can keep them as whole.
- For the salad dressing: In a bowl add and mix the balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil together, add a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of pepper and mix well until an even mixed dressing is formed.
- In a mixing bowl add the kale, tomatoes, walnuts and drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well, and the salad is ready to serve J
