Oat Banana Carrot Breakfast Bread




 Specialty Bread made at Home!!!!

No oil & No cane sugar bread


OAT BANANA CARROT BREAKFAST BREAD

This bread is high in fiber,low in fat and also it has no hidden carbohydrates in it!
Perfect for those busy mornings when its very easy to skip on your breakfast, but not anymore when you have this bread store in your refrigerator :)

Ingredients    
Quantity
Wheat Flour
120 grams
All purpose flour
Rolled oats
60 grams
½ cup
Honey
2 table spoon
Fat free Milk or whole
100 ml
Egg whole
1
Ripe Banana
1 medium
Fresh Carrot(baby carrots)
Vanilla extract
1 cup grated
2 teaspoon
Baking powder
Salt
½ teaspoon
pinch


Method:
1.      Pre heat the oven at 400F.
2.      Mix all the dry ingredients ( wheat flour, all purpose flour, oats, baking powder and salt) and make the dry mixture.
3.      Blend banana egg honey and vanilla essence together.
4.      In a mixing bowl pour the banana egg mixture and add milk to it and mix well.
5.      To this add the dry mixture, grated carrots and mix well to form an even batter.
6.      Grease the loaf pan with few drops of oil, pour the batter in it and bake it for around 30 to 40 minutes until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7.      Let the loaf cool for about 5 mins in the pan, invert it on a cooling rack, and slice it after completely cooled.
8.      Serve it with honey drizzle.
9.      Serves 4.
