Creamy Avocado Smoothie 

 

Ingredients
Quantity
Avocado ripened
1 medium
Milk(fat free and chilled)
1cup
Sugar
3 teaspoon

Method:

  • Peel the avocado, and cut it into medium pieces.

  • In a blender combine all ingredients, then blend until smooth.

  • Serve immediately.

  • Serves 2
