GOOD& HEALTHY REASONS
TO TRY THIS RECIPE.
- Shrikand made from non fat greek yogurt has around 0.7 g to 1g of fats as compared to the traditional shrikand with around 8 to 9 g of fats
- You can manage the sweetness in it according to your taste and prefferance, as well as add the sugar free if desired.
- One serving gives around 17 g of protein.
- Heart Healthy and traditional taste.
- I have used non fat greek yogurt but you can also use the 2% or the regular greek yogurt :)
